1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (food, snacks, beverages, and other consumables).
- Health, beauty, and hygiene products.
- Sale or clearance items clearly marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
2. Return Request Process
To request a return or refund, please follow these simple steps:

- Photos of the item and packaging (for damaged or incorrect goods).

- Our Customer Support Team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where and how to return the item.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must meet these requirements:
- Sealed in the original packaging (unless defective or damaged).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipped back within 5 working days after return approval.
Items that do not meet these standards may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

5. Replacements & Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost once verified.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit of equal value.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

We take utmost care in packing every item. However, if your order arrives damaged, missing items, or appears tampered with, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide clear photos and your order number so our support team can resolve the issue quickly with our courier partners.
9. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll shoulder the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
